This study seeks to highlight the crucial role of pharmacists in ensuring patient care and safety. Clinical pharmacists have significant responsibilities in enhancing patients' health outcomes, encompassing tasks such as educating patients, documenting drug errors, and enhancing the quality and safety of patient care.
