Abstract
In contemporary organizational psychology and management, the relationship between workplace learning, staff motivation, and supervisory guidance is of paramount importance. This paper aims to explore and analyze this relationship, focusing on the mediating role of supervisory support in enhancing workplace learning and staff motivation. Drawing upon theoretical frameworks and empirical evidence, the paper discusses the significance of organizational learning and employee engagement, elucidates the role of supervisory guidance as a mediator, and provides practical implications for organizational leaders.
