Abstract

This study proposes a community-based integrated care farm model (ICFM) in a community environment. The proposed community-based ICFM was evaluated based on the five service values. Participants of this study who had experience with older adult care services or facilities and who did not have such experience. 130 questionnaires were used for analysis. The five service values of ICFM showed significant mean differences between groups. The study results provide valuable insights regarding the community-based ICFM to government policymakers and professional experts. The community-based ICFM may be used to provide care services for elderly adults in the community.
