Abstract

This study delves into the dynamics of the relationship between Relational Psychological Contract (RPC) and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) among employees in private banks operating in Delhi. Adopting a cross-sectional research design, the study examines a sample size of 338 drawn from the population of private bank employees in the region. Utilizing Spearman Correlation Coefficient, the research reveals a significant positive correlation between RPC and OCB, specifically in the dimensions of altruism, conscientiousness, and sportsmanship. The findings underscore the critical role of fostering relational contracts to enhance employee loyalty and commitment in the banking sector.
