This study aimed at finding out the degree to which academic leaders practice servant leadership in the educational sciences faculties from students’ point of view. The descriptive methodology was used, and the study sample consisted of (124) male and female high school students. The questionnaire was used as a means of data collection. The results showed that academic leaders practice servant leadership to a high degree. There were no statistically significant differences (α ≤ 0.05) in the degree of practicing servant leadership by academic leaders due to the variables of gender and specialization in the bachelor’s degree. However, there were statistically significant differences attributed to the variable number of training courses. Among the recommendations: conducting a similar study on other educational institutions with different variables.
