Abstract

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and the most perfect and perfect prayers and peace be upon the best of creation and messengers, our Master Muhammad, and upon his family and companions altogether, and those who follow them with goodness until the day of judgment, and after:

One of the most special secrets of miracles and immortality in Islamic law is its ability to absorb new incidents and calamities, and its care for the different conditions of time and place, within its total principles, general rules, and general legislative purposes, to which branches and rulings are subject, and developments and calamities emerge from it.
