Abstract

This study investigates the function of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in improving employee performance in the airline industry of Islamabad. It survey the mediating effects of green HRM policies and knowledge development, specifically within the aviation sector. Using data from[1] a reduced sample of employees established industry data and analyzed through SmartPLS modeling, findings indicate that GHRM considerably influences employee performance when mediated by green HRM policies and knowledge development. Airlines executing GHRM methods benefit from increased employee engagement, motivation, and productivity, providing to environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility goals.
