Abstract

This reading discovers the role of Artificial Intellect (AI) in enhancing employment efficiency and reducing bias within the IT and Telecommunication sectors. The research examines how technology adoption mediates[1] these impacts. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire adapted from scales developed by Van Pay (2018), Martin & Freeman (2020), and Davis (1989). Key findings reveal that AI meaningfully progresses employment efficiency while simultaneously addressing biases inherent in traditional hiring practices. These findings have practical implications for HR managers and technology providers, providing insights into effective AI integration strategies.
