Entrepreneurial Leadership And Social Sustainability: The Mediation Role Of Environmental Dynamism In Advancing Sustainable Development In Smes
Abstract
Purpose: This research investigates the mediating role of environmental dynamism between entrepreneurial leadership and social sustainable development in SMEs, Punjab.
Methodology: Data is collected [1]from five cities Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Wazirabad and Faisalabad. A predetermined questionnaire is used to collect the data from a sample size of 501 respondents. The primary data used in the study approach is gathered using surveys. In order to help refine and feasibility of main study, a pilot study is also conducted.
Findings: The findings provide valuable insights into the dynamics of entrepreneurial leadership and its impact on social sustainable development. It also focuses on how environmental dynamism dent the social sustainable development in [2]SMEs. Further research could explore additional factors influencing economic and environmental sustainable development and its implications for various settings in SMEs.
Implications for theory and practice: The study contributes to contingency theory by identifying unique entrepreneurial leadership patterns across diverse social settings, providing a foundation for sustainable development and environmental dynamism. Practically, it equips leaders with strategies to turn environmental challenges into opportunities for social good, benefiting both their firms and society.
Originality and value: It poses a clear research question, a well-defined methodology, and a strong focus on practical implications, making it a valuable contribution to the field of entrepreneurial leadership.
