Green Bond Issuance: What Affects And What Is Affected?

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that affect the bond issuance process, as well as the impact of bond issuance across different dimensions, as referenced by recent studies. The study applied a systematic literature review approach, and the time frame was from 2020 to November 2024, using the Google Scholar database. The results indicate several groups of factors affecting the issuance of green bonds, as well as various dimensions influenced by the issuance of green bonds.
