Despite challenges such as resistance to change, limited resources, complex regulations, data management issues, and cultural barriers, their efforts are vital for creating safer healthcare environments and improving patient outcomes. Through continuous innovation, collaboration, and adherence to evidence-based practices, health management technicians significantly contribute to the advancement of patient safety strategies.
