Abstract

Patient safety is crucial for improving healthcare quality, reducing medical errors, and enhancing patient satisfaction globally. Health management technicians play a key role in this by developing and implementing safety protocols, monitorin[1]g safety performance, conducting training, promoting a culture of safety, managing risks, implementing technological solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, facilitating communication, and leading quality improvement initiatives. Despite challenges such as resistance to change, limited resources, complex regulations, data management issues, and cultural barriers, their efforts are vital for creating safer healthcare environments and improving patient outcomes. Through continuous innovation, collaboration, and adherence to evidence-based practices, health management technicians significantly contribute to the advancement of patient safety strategies.
