Abstract

Ghafar Shehzad is a Urdu modern fiction writer. "Lok Shahi" is his famous Novelette.  It could have been the perfection of Ghaffar Shahzad to take the story with the increasing burden on the human conscience and squeezing the chest. To write about the inadequacy of skill is to suffer from a crisis. The photograph of government offices taken by Ghaffar is so close to reality that every government employee can identify himself in it without any effort. The simplicity with which the conspiracies going on in the offices and the fiber medicines have been described are commendable. Where every[1] human being has a physical existence, he also has an aesthetic existence. The desire for material progress is not a defect and being treated fairly and promoted on time in the job is not a desire on which punishments and ill-treatment should be meted out. The government profession on which all the time of life is spent, if there is no rightful place and status.
